Do I need an account to purchase?

At checkout you have the option to create an account. Creating an account is easier for future orders.

HOW DO I CHANGE THE INFORMATION ON MY ACCOUNT?

Login to your “My account” area using your email address and password, you will then be able to modify the information of your account.

How often do you send out a NEWSLETTER?

We  will only send out newsletters when we feel we have something new to say. This will be for sale periods, promotions and new arrivals. Simply click on the link 'unsubscribe' should you wish to be taken off the list.

HOW IS THE PERSONAL INFORMATION OF MY ACCOUNT USED?

All information of your Snowballs + Sandcastles account is used exclusively within the framework of your transactions with us. We do not pass any data on and you can read our privacy policy on this.

WHERE IS THE SHOPPING BASKET?

Your shopping basket is at the top right of the welcome page labelled "CART". When you click on “CART”, you are immediately directed to the detailed summary of your shopping basket.

HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?

You can place your order simply with our checkout system 24 hours a day. Simply click on the product and select the size via the small scroll button. Add the qty and then proceed to checkout. At checkout you will need to enter your shipping and billing address, select your delivery option and then pay via one of the payment systems. You will then be notified via email that your order has completed. You will receive a further email from us to say your order has shipped, usually within 24-48 hours depending on your delivery choice.

IS PAYMENT SECURE?

Yes we use a secure HTTPS site and checkout system. Your card details are protected and not stored on our site. The site uses a protected method of payment via an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) which encrypts your banking information over the internet.

WHAT DO THE PRICES SHOWN REPRESENT?

Our prices all include Tax. 

HOW IS MY ORDER PACKED?

The products are presented in the packing of each manufacturer. The products are then usually wrapped in tissue paper and packed in a standardised box or mailer bag depending on the size and weight of the item. We do not use any branding on the label of the parcel, in order to limit the possibility of theft. Packing slips are sealed into a documents wallet showing your delivery address.
